LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TO SOSNOVYI BOR

Lemminkäinen and Holding TITAN-2 have signed a contract on the construction of a residential building in the city of Sosnovyi Bor in Leningrad region, Russia. The project will start immediately and is scheduled for completion in summer 2018. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 16 million.

The contract includes the planning and construction of the apartment building containing approximately 650 apartments. On the first floor there will be commercial premises. The building will have 10 to 18 floors depending on the section. The gross area of the building is 57,000 square metres.

Sosnovyi Bor is located in Leningrad region, approximately 100 kilometres from St Petersburg. The nuclear power plant, that is under construction in the area, has increased the demand for residential construction.
