LEMMINKÄINEN’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2016

Lemminkäinen Corporation will publish its Financial statements bulletin and three Interim reports in 2016 as follows:

4 February 2016 - Financial statements bulletin for 2015

28 April 2016 - Interim report for January–March 2016

28 July 2016 - Interim report for January–June 2016

27 October 2016 - Interim report for January–September 2016

Financial statements bulletin and Interim reports will be published at approximately 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (EET). A Finnish-language briefing for analysts and the media will be held on the publishing day at Lemminkäinen’s head office.

Prior to the Financial statements bulletin and each Interim report Lemminkäinen complies a so called silent period. The silent period begins on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October, and lasts until the publication of the financial report. During this period Lemminkäinen does not comment on the financial situation or future outlook of the Group and does not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media.

Lemminkäinen’s Annual report for 2015 will be published during the week 9.

Lemminkäinen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 22 March 2016. Lemminkäinen’s Board of Directors will summon the Meeting later.
