LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD APARTMENTS IN JYVÄSKYLÄ FOR LOCALTAPIOLA

Lemminkäinen will build apartments in the Mannisenmäki and Keljo districts of Jyväskylä in central Finland for LocalTapiola. The construction of both housing companies will begin in November, and the apartments will be completed by spring 2017. The total value of the contract is approximately EUR 15 million.

The housing company to be built in Mannisenmäki for LocalTapiola General and LocalTapiola Keski-Suomi will contain a total of 54 apartments. The housing company to be built in the Keljo district for LocalTapiola Asuntosijoitus Suomi Ky will contain a total of 63 apartments. Both properties are located close to the centre of Jyväskylä and have excellent traffic connections.
