Lemminkäinen to build apartment blocks for the VVO Group in Helsinki and Vantaa

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD APARTMENT BLOCKS FOR THE VVO GROUP IN HELSINKI AND VANTAA

Lemminkäinen is constructing apartment blocks for the VVO Group in Helsinki and Vantaa. The two buildings will house a total of 135 rented Lumo apartments.

The construction work for both buildings has already begun. The apartment block in Kalasatama, Helsinki, will be completed in 2016, and the apartment block in Asola, Vantaa, in 2017.

The parties entered into the agreement on the project in Helsinki in spring 2015, and the project is included in Lemminkäinen’s order book for the first quarter. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the projects.
