Change in Lemminkäinen’s Executive Team

CHANGE IN LEMMINKÄINEN’S EXECUTIVE TEAM

Lemminkäinen Corporation and Executive Vice President, Russian operations and member of Lemminkäinen’s Executive Team Maaret Heiskari have agreed that Heiskari will leave the company and her position in the Group Executive Team as of 30 June 2015.

Heiskari was appointed Executive Vice President, Russian operations and a member of Lemminkäinen’s Executive Team in 2013.

Juha Kukkola has been appointed interim Executive Vice President, Russian operations. Kukkola will report to Lemminkäinen’s President and CEO Casimir Lindholm. He will also continue in his position as the Business Controller for Russian operations.

“I want to thank Maaret Heiskari for her work in Lemminkäinen Corporation and her contribution to the development and management of our Russian operations,” says Lemminkäinen’s President and CEO Casimir Lindholm.

Lemminkäinen will continue its residential construction and paving operations in Russia. The company’s ongoing projects in St Petersburg and Moscow are proceeding as planned.
