Lemminkäinen's President and CEO to change

LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 APRIL 2014 AT 3 P.M.

LEMMINKÄINEN'S PRESIDENT AND CEO TO CHANGE

Lemminkäinen Corporation's President and CEO Timo Kohtamäki leaves the company with immediate effect. Chairman of Lemminkäinen's Board of Directors Berndt Brunow will act also as interim President and CEO of the company. Casimir Lindholm has been appointed deputy to the CEO. He will also continue in his current role as Executive Vice President, Building Construction, Finland.

The Board of Directors and Timo Kohtamäki have agreed that Kohtamäki will be available as advisor to the Board of Directors for the next six months.

The process of recruiting the new President and CEO will start immediately.

Lic. Tech. Timo Kohtamäki has been Lemminkäinen’s President and CEO since 2009. He joined Lemminkäinen in 1996.
