Lemminkäinen builds 76 apartments in Jyväskylä for a Lähitapiola fund

LEMMINKÄINEN BUILDS 76 APARTMENTS IN JYVÄSKYLÄ FOR A LÄHITAPIOLA FUND

Lemminkäinen will build apartments for LähiTapiola Asuntorahasto Prime Ky in Jyväskylä in central Finland. A total of 76 apartments will be completed in two apartment blocks to be constructed in the Åström area. The total area of the apartments to be constructed is approximately 3,600 net square metres. The construction work will begin in April and is scheduled for completion in May 2015. The contract value is approximately EUR 10 million.

"The new apartments will be located in the immediate vicinity of services beside the Keljo shopping centre and along good traffic connections," says Director Tapani Pöyry from Lemminkäinen.

"LähiTapiola Asuntorahasto Prime builds apartments for rental purposes in major cities. This our first site in Jyväskylä. The apartments are fitted out to a high specification so that living in them is as enjoyable as possible," says Kim Särs, real estate fund director from LähiTapiola.
