Lemminkäinen to terminate liquidity providing agreement

LEMMINKÄINEN TO TERMINATE LIQUIDITY PROVIDING AGREEMENT

Lemminkäinen Corporation has terminated the liquidity providing (LP) agreement it has with Nordea Bank Finland Plc. The agreement meets the requirements set for liquidity providing at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. Liquidity providing in accordance with the agreement will end on 31 December 2013.

The company estimates that the liquidity of the stock is sufficient and an external liquidity provider is no longer needed.

According to the agreement made in 4 October 2004, Nordea Bank Finland Plc has quoted both bid and offer prices for Lemminkäinen Corporation's share so that the prices do not deviate from each other by more than 4%, calculated on the bid price.
