Lemminkäinen signs property maintenance service and repair contract with Ilmarinen

LEMMINKÄINEN SIGNS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND REPAIR CONTRACT WITH ILMARINEN

Lemminkäinen and Ilmarinen signed a contract on covering the provision of property maintenance services at Ilmarinen's properties. Lemminkäinen has been Ilmarinen's facilities management service provider for some years. The latest agreement comprises the basic maintenance, technical maintenance services, electrical system usage management services and repair services at Ilmarinen's office and business premises. The contract period begins on 1 May 2013 and will continue for several years. The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract price.

Lemminkäinen will provide upkeep and maintenance services for 24 properties in the Helsinki region, and electrical system usage management services for 30 properties in Finland.
