LEMMINKÄINEN SELLS 34 APARTMENTS TO ICECAPITAL

Lemminkäinen has sold 34 apartments to ICECAPITAL Asunto 2012 Ky, a limited partnership company specialising in investments in real estate. The apartments sold are located in five separate housing co-operatives in Espoo, Lahti, Tampere and Vantaa. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

"The transaction is a continuation of our successful cooperation with ICECAPITAL, already spanning several years," comments Casimir Lindholm, Executive Vice President at Lemminkäinen.

Lemminkäinen and ICECAPITAL have been engaged in cooperation since 2007. In December 2012, Lemminkäinen signed contracts of sale for two residential housing corporations with ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Ky.
