Lemminkäinen maintains and repairs LocalTapiola properties

LEMMINKÄINEN MAINTAINS AND REPAIRS LOCALTAPIOLA PROPERTIES

Lemminkäinen and Corbel have made an agreement on providing real estate maintenance and repair services for a part of the properties managed by the LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd. Most of the properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The new contract includes property maintenance, scheduled maintenance of the technical building systems, and repair work services. The contract period began on 1 September 2013. The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract value.

Lemminkäinen and LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management have already been cooperating for several years. Among other things, Lemminkäinen has taken care of the upkeep and maintenance of the LocalTapiola head office buildings in Espoo. Expanding the cooperation creates excellent prerequisites for developing the partnership and the service concept further, to serve the needs of LocalTapiola and its tenants even better.

According to Pia Akselin, Head of Business Unit at Corbel, Lemminkäinen offered services with a competitive price-quality ratio. In particular, the ability to serve the tenants, energy efficiency and customer reporting are emphasised in the services.
