LEMMINKÄINEN APPOINTS NEW COUNTRY MANAGER TO NORWAY

Lemminkäinen has appointed Jan Øyri as Senior Vice President, Norway as of 4 November 2013. In his new position he will be responsible for Lemminkäinen's operations in Norway. Øyri currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Business Support for Kvaerner ASA.

"We are very pleased to have Øyri as a part of our organisation. He has long experience in business and support processes as well as management development and general line management also from the construction industry," comments Executive Vice President Timo Vikström at Lemminkäinen.

Timo Vikström, acting Managing Director for Lemminkäinen Norge AS, focuses in the future to his responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Scandinavia and a member of the Executive Board of Lemminkäinen Corporation.

Nordic infrastructure is one of Lemminkäinen's strategic growth areas. The company is seeking to increase its net sales from infrastructure construction in Norway, Denmark and Sweden by about EUR 100 million in 2012-2013.
