Lemminkäinen Corporation will publish its Financial Statements and three Interim Reports in 2013 as follows:

7 February 2013 - Financial Statements for 2013

8 May 2013 - Interim Report for January-March 2013

8 August 2013 - Interim Report for January-June 2013

7 November 2013 - Interim Report for January-September 2013

The Annual Report for 2012 will be published on the company's website during the week starting on 18 March 2013 (week 12).

Lemminkäinen Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, April 9 2013. Lemminkäinen's Board of Directors will summon the Meeting at a later date.
