LEMMINKÄINEN'S ANNUAL REPORT, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT FOR 2011 PUBLISHED

Lemminkäinen's Annual Report for 2011 has been published as an attachment to this stock exchange release and on the Company's website at www.lemminkainen.com. The Annual Report includes the Annual Review, the Financial Statements for the accounting period 1 January to 31 December 2011 and the Corporate Responsibility report based on the Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) G3 Guidelines. The corporate responsibility information has been confirmed, and it is compliant with Application Level C+.
