Lemminkäinen wins nationwide maintenance contract with Sampo Bank

LEMMINKÄINEN WINS NATIONWIDE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH SAMPO BANK

Lemminkäinen has entered into a nationwide service contract with Sampo Bank to carry out maintenance on facility equipment. While the contract will centre on the maintenance of cooling equipment, it will also allow for the provision of other technical building services to Sampo Bank. By signing the contract, Lemminkäinen will take charge of equipment maintenance in approximately 120 facilities across Finland.

Lemminkäinen is striving to increase the share of maintenance and upkeep services in the net sales of Technical Building Services from the approximately 30% today to around 50% by the end of 2013.
