Lemminkäinen to build a mineral wool factory for Paroc in Russia

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD A MINERAL WOOL FACTORY FOR PAROC IN RUSSIA

Lemminkäinen and Paroc have signed a contract for the construction of the first phase of Paroc's new mineral wool factory in Tver, to the northwest of Moscow. The project is being implemented as a project management contract. Work on the site will begin immediately. Lemminkäinen's construction work will be finished in summer 2013.

The new production plant will be constructed on an old industry plot. As part of the first phase of the project, a production line for construction insulator materials will be built in the factory.

Lemminkäinen took care of demolishing the old building earlier this spring.
