Lemminkäinen strengthens its earthworks business in Kymenlaakso

LEMMINKÄINEN STRENGTHENS ITS EARTHWORKS BUSINESS IN KYMEENLAAKSO

Lemminkäinen has acquired 100% of the shares of Maanrakennus Helander Oy located in Loviisa. The parties have decided not to disclose the transaction price.

Founded in 1980, Maanrakennus Helander Oy has carried out earthworks in Eastern Helsinki Uusimaa and Kymenlaakso regions. The company has a strong position particularly in the Loviisa region. The ten employees of the company will be added to Lemminkäinen's payroll under unchanged terms.
