Due to increasing demand in upkeep and maintenance services, Lemminkäinen is seeking personnel to fill more than one hundred vacancies in technical building services. The recruitment need varies, depending on the location. The vacancies include jobs for maintenance managers and service technicians in all areas of technical building services.
Regions with open vacancies are the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Uusimaa, Kouvola, Lahti, Kuopio, Joensuu, Lappeenranta, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Kokkola, Ylivieska, Oulu and Pori.
"We need qualified professionals for upkeep and maintenance services with strong customer service skills. We are having a continuous dialogue with our customers and end users, aimed at improving our service further," comments Marcus Karsten, Executive Vice President, Technical Building Services.
The vacancies have been announced on Lemminkäinen's pages in the Urapolku service.
In 2011, Lemminkäinen specified its strategic focus and stated that the company will strengthen its upkeep and maintenance services for technical building services in Finland. Lemminkäinen is seeking to increase the proportion of this sector's turnover that is accounted for by service operations to around 50 per cent. Demand for upkeep and maintenance services remained at a good level in 2012, with the number of long-term upkeep and maintenance services signed exceeding that of previous years.
