Lemminkäinen secures a major technical building services contract in St. Petersburg

LEMMINKÄINEN SECURES A MAJOR TECHNICAL BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACT IN ST. PETERSBURG

Lemminkäinen has signed a major contract with NCC for the delivery of technical building services for two residential buildings, undertaken for construction by NCC on the north-eastern outskirts of the city. The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract price.

Lemminkäinen will take care of electrical work for Öland 1, and deliver all technical building services for the second building, Öland 2. The contract covers the construction of approximately 1,000 residential units, with a combined floora area of 60,000 m2. Work on the two sites is already underway, with Öland 1 scheduled for completion during 2013, and Öland 2 the following year.
