Lemminkäinen receives a care home construction contract in Pori

LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION                PRESS RELEASE                23 OCTOBER 2012 AT 11 A.M.

Lemminkäinen has been selected as the main contractor of the Porin Suomalainen Palvelukoti care home construction project. The client is Porin Suomalainen Vanhainkotiyhdistys Ry, a retirement home association, and the contract is valued at around EUR 4 million.

The project involves approximately 3,315 square metres of new construction and 2,210 square metres of renovation. Work will be started up immediately and the project is due to be completed in July 2014.

Lemminkäinen has acted as the main contractor in numerous care home projects in cities such as Turku, Kotka, Kouvola and Hamina.
