LEMMINKÄINEN LAUNCHES A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN KOKKOLA

Lemminkäinen has launched the construction of a residential building in Kokkola's Pikiruukki area as a residential property development and construction project. Pikiruukki is a neighbourhood with traditions all its own. The new block, called Asunto Oy Meritulli, will be a four-storey residential building with a floor area of 2,015 m². Meritulli will have a total of 36 apartments and 29 parking spaces. Construction work is underway, with the building scheduled for completion in November 2013.

Asunto Oy Meritulli is a continuation of As Oy Merikeiju, a residential building with 32 apartments to be competed in the Pikiruukki area in November 2012.
