Lemminkäinen lands a building contract in Turku

LEMMINKÄINEN LANDS A BUILDING CONTRACT IN TURKU 

Lemminkäinen has won a contract to construct an office building in Kupittaa, a neighbourhood in Turku. The clients are the Turku University Foundation and the University of Turku. The new building, Kiinteistö Oy Teutori, will have a floor area of 2,224 square metres and a total volume of 12,422 cubic metres. The building will house the university's new educational and research facilities. Work at the construction site began in May 2012, and the entire project is due for completion in May 2013. The value of the contract is about EUR 5.9 million.
