CONSTITUTIVE MEETING OF LEMMINKÄINEN'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lemminkäinen Corporation's Board of Directors held its organizing meeting on 2 April 2012.

The Board re-elected Berndt Brunow as the Chairman and Juhani Mäkinen as the Vice Chairman of the Board.

The Board of Directors elected from among its members Heikki Räty to serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, with Juhani Mäkinen and Kristina Pentti-von Walzel serving as members. Berndt Brunow was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, with Noora Forstén and Kristina Pentti-von Walzel serving as members. Mikael Mäkinen was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, with Berndt Brunow and Noora Forstén serving as members.
