The stake in Lemminkäinen Corporation of Erkki Pentti's estate has been transferred to PNT Group Oy, owned by Anna Pentti and Heppu Pentti

THE STAKE IN LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION OF ERKKI PENTTI'S ESTATE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO PNT GROUP OY, OWNED BY ANNA PENTTI AND HEPPU PENTTI

On 2 December 2011, Lemminkäinen Corporation recieved a flagging notification on shares in the company, in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act.

Erkki Pentti's estate has announced that, as a result of a partial estate distribution of 2 December 2011, the shares in Lemminkäinen Corporation belonging to the estate were divided equally between Anna Pentti and Heppu Pentti. Following this, Anna Pentti and Heppu Pentti transferred their shares in Lemminkäinen Corporation to PNT Group Oy, of which they each own 50 per cent, as a contribution in kind.

As a result, the shares held by Erkki Pentti's estate in Lemminkäinen Corporation reduced from 3,673,956 shares, i.e. around 18.7 per cent of all shares and votes in Lemminkäinen Corporation, to zero. As a proportion of all Lemminkäinen Corporation shares and votes, PNT Group Oy's shares in the company have risen by the corresponding amount, exceeding 15 per cent of all shares and votes in Lemminkäinen Corporation.

Lemminkäinen Corporation has a total of 19,644,764 shares. The Company has one share series, each share entitling the holder to a single vote.
