Lemminkäinen to renovate building technology in Turku's kultatalo

Lemminkäinen has signed an agreement for the Kultatalo HVACE and sprinkler project in Turku. Kultatalo was built in 1958 and is located on the market square, at Aurakatu 12. The property is undergoing a complete renovation and Lemminkäinen will renew all of the building technology. The property is owned by Kiinteistö Oy Aurakatu 12 a / Stiftelsen för Åbo Akademi.

Kultatalo has an area of 7,000 m² that requires renovation. Work will commence in January 2011 and is scheduled for completion in February 2012.
