LEMMINKÄINEN TO CONSTRUCT APARTMENT BUILDING IN KUPITTAA, TURKU

Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Turku and the housing investment company SATO have signed a contract for the construction of an apartment building in Turku's Kupittaa area. The building, As Oy Kupittaan Satakieli, will be located in the residential block being constructed on the former HK factory site.

The building will host 70 privately financed housing units and 48 parking spaces, with a total surface area of 4,145.5 square meters. Construction work at the site has already started and will be completed in August 2012.
