Lemminkäinen to construct a car park in Hämeenlinna

LEMMINKÄINEN TO CONSTRUCT A CAR PARK IN HÄMEENLINNA

Lemminkäinen has signed a contract for the construction of a car park in Hämeenlinna, worth slightly less than EUR 7 million. The client is Hämeenlinnan Pysäköinti Oy, the parking company of the town of Hämeenlinna. The facility will be built on the town's plot adjacent to the Helsinki-Tampere motorway, at Kaivokatu 13.

The car park will have two levels and comprise 720 parking spaces. The gross area of the facility will be some 19,000 m². The construction work at the site has already started, and the facility will be completed in March 2012.
