In line with Lemminkäinen's strategy, the Group's Building Construction is streamlining its structure in Finland. Regional subsidiaries have been merged into Lemminkäinen Talo Oy on 1 April 2011. The new operating model aims to improve customer service and further enhance operations. It will also clarify regional operations and eliminate overlaps. Simplification of the Group structure and harmonisation of practices support the objective of a unified Lemminkäinen.
