Changes in Lemminkäinen's Executive Board

As of 1 January 2012, Lemminkäinen's international operations will form a separate business sector. After this change, Lemminkäinen's business sectors will be: Building Construction, Infrastructure Construction, Technical Building Services, and International Operations.

A member of Lemminkäinen's Executive Board  Henrik Eklund, M.Sc. (Eng.), has been appointed Executive Vice President of International Operations as of 1 January 2012. He is currently Lemminkäinen's Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Construction. Eklund's area of responsibility will be Lemminkäinen's operations outside Finland.

Harri Kailasalo, M.Sc. (Eng.), eMBA, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Construction and a member of the Executive Board as of 1 January 2012. He will be responsible for infrastructure construction operations in Finland. He is currently a Senior Vice President of Business Operations in Lemminkäinen's infrastructure construction business sector.

As of 1 January 2012, Jukka Terhonen, M.Sc. (Eng.), Executive Vice President of Building Construction and a member of the Executive Board, will be responsible for building construction in Finland, and Marcus Karsten, M.Sc. (Econ.), Executive Vice President of Technical Building Services and a member of the Executive Board, will be responsible for technical building services in Finland.

In addition to the heads of Lemminkäinen's business sectors, the company's Executive Board comprises President and CEO Timo Kohtamäki (Chairman); Robert Öhman, CFO; Tiina Mikander, Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development; and Tiina Mellas, Executive Vice President of HR and ICT.
