Application period for Lemminkäinen's new price-regulated apartments in Jätkäsaari to open

APPLICATION PERIOD FOR LEMMINKÄINEN'S NEW PRICE-REGULATED APARTMENTS IN JÄTKÄSAARI TO OPEN

The application period for Asunto Oy Paasiranta's price-regulated (HITAS) apartments, which are being built in the Jätkäsaari district of Helsinki, will open soon. You can apply for an apartment by filling out the online form at www.lemminkainen.fi/paasiranta. An external service provider will allocate the apartments by means of a lottery among applicants.

The application form will open for submission on Monday 24 October at 9:00 a.m. Applications will be accepted for one week - the application period closes on Monday 31 October at 4 p.m. Only one application per household can be made, although one household may apply for two apartments. The lottery will be drawn in Week 46. Applications can be made only via the online form - all other applications will be ignored.

Asunto Oy Helsingin Paasiranta's residential buildings are being constructed on a plot leased from the City of Helsinki. The housing company will consist of one seven-storey building with two stairwells. More information about this location will be available on the Asunnot.fi website as of Saturday 22 October. The construction of Paasiranta has already begun and is scheduled for completion in early 2013.

Lemminkäinen will observe the City of Helsinki's regulations for price-regulated housing in the sale and marketing of these apartments.

Lemminkäinen is constructing a total of four residential blocks on the Saukopaasi headland in Jätkäsaari. Two of these are price-regulated locations. All of the 51 units at the first location, Saukonranta, have been sold.

Lemminkäinen is one of Finlands largest and most diverse residential constructors. The company estimates that it will launch the construction of about 1,200 units in its own residential development during 2011.
