Vesa Lipsanen appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Risk Management

VESA LIPSANEN APPOINTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY AND
RISK MANAGEMENT 

Vesa Lipsanen (M.Sc., Eng.) has been appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate
Responsibility and Risk Management for Lemminkäinen Group. He was previously
Managing Director for Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Kaakkois-Suomi, the
Southeastern-Finland-subsidiary of Lemminkäinen's building construction
business sector. Vesa Lipsanen will start in his new role on November 19, 2010.
He reports to Timo Kohtamäki, President and CEO. 

Lipsanen's responsibilities cover development of Lemminkäinen's corporate
responsibility and sustainability operations, stakeholder relations and
building-up of the Group-wide risk management process.
