NEW NAMES OF LEMMINKÄINEN TALO OY´S FINNISH SUBSIDIARIES ENTER INTO FORCE

A regional operating model for Lemminkäinen Talo Oy's Finnish subsidiaries took
force as of 1 January 2010 according to which Lemminkäinen Talo Oy has six
operative subsidiaries in Finland. Their names will be harmonised and
introduced immediately starting from 15 January 2010. 

The new names are:

- Oy Alfred A. Palmberg Ab is Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Pääkaupunkiseutu, which
operates in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. 

- Oka Oy is Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Kaakkois-Suomi. The company operates in
South-Eastern Finland. 

- Rakennustoimisto Palmberg Oy is Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi.
The company operates in Central and South-Western Finland. 

- Rakennusliike A. Taskinen Oy is Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi.
The company operates in Eastern and Northern Finland. 

- Oy Konte Ab is Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Länsi-Suomi (Lemminkäinen Hus Ab Västra
Finland in Swedish). The company includes also Byggnads Ab Forsstöm Rakennus
Oy, which is now known as Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Forsström. These companies
operate in Western Finland. 

Rakennus-Otava Oy operating in Jyväskylä and Palmberg TKU Oy operating in Turku
will be merged with Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi. 

Savocon Oy operating in Kuopio and Palmberg-Rakennus Oy operating in Oulu will
be merged with Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi. 

Palmberg-Urakoitsijat Oy operating in Hyvinkää will be merged with Lemminkäinen
Talo Oy Helsinki Pääkaupunkiseutu. 

Further information on the timetable for the mergers will be presented during
the spring as the measures progress. 


Project management services to be reorganised

Lemminkäinen Talo Oy's Finnish project management services will be cascaded in
the Group companies building in Finland. Simultaneously, a project management
services competence centre will be established under Lemminkäinen Talo Oy,
which will coordinate and develop the services by assembling best practices and
instructing the constructing units. 

The project management contractor formerly known as Lemcon Oy, will in the
future be known as Lemminkäinen Talo Oy International. The company will focus
its operations solely on activities taking place abroad, according to its
present action plan. Juha Höyhtyä, also previously the Director of Lemcon Oy
International, has been appointed as the Managing Director of Lemminkäinen Talo
Oy International.
