CENTRE IN SIPOO

Lemminkäinen has been awarded the project management contract for the
construction of a logistics centre for Inex Partners Oy in Sipoo. Located in
the Bastukärr area in northern Sipoo near the Lahti motorway, the building will
have a floor area of 75,000 m² and a volume of over one million cubic metres.
The 23-metre high building will be 330 metres long and 170 metres wide.

Aside from Lemminkäinen Talo Oy serving as the project management contractor,
other Group companies involved in the project are Lemminkäinen Infra Oy, which
will be responsible for excavation and crushing operations, and Lemminkäinen
Talotekniikka Oy, which will carry out the electrical installations. Excavation
and crushing will be subcontracted to Maarakennus Lehtonen Oy. For the
Lemminkäinen Group, the contract is worth EUR 26 million.

Earth-moving operations and foundations work are already in progress on the
site, and the building is due for completion towards the end of March 2012. The
building owner is SOK Kiinteistötoiminnot, construction consultant Pöyry CM Oy,
and chief designer Parviainen Arkkitehdit Oy. The logistics centre will be
built to Promise class standards with due regard for the environment.

Inex Partners Oy, a subsidiary of SOK, distributes a large proportion of S
Group stores' grocery and consumer goods supplies. With the completion of the
fully automated warehouse now being built, Inex Partners Oy will relocate its
consumer goods operations from Hakkila, Vantaa, to Sipoo.
