Lemminkäinen strengthens its position in the technical building services market in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland

LEMMINKÄINEN STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN THE TECHNICAL BUILDING SERVICES MARKET IN THE OSTROBOTHNIA REGION OF FINLAND

Lemminkäinen has acquired full ownership of Ylivieskan Putkiasennus Oy. The acquisition further strengthens Lemminkäinen’s already good position in the technical building services market in Ostrobothnia. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.

Ylivieskan Putkiasennus Oy was established in 1964 as a technical building services business operating in and around the city of Ylivieska in Finland. The company currently employs seven people.

"This acquisition will enable us to provide better service to our customers in Northern Ostrobothnia. Enlargement of the service network will also help us to take better care of nationwide customer accounts that are important to Lemminkäinen," says Regional Director Matti Saarikoski of Lemminkäinen Talotekniikka Oy.
