LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION'S NEW SHARES RECORDED IN THE TRADE REGISTRY 

Altogether 2,623,514 new shares in Lemminkäinen Corporation subscribed in two
separate share issues were today 23 March 2010 recorded in the Trade Registry.
The new shares confer shareholder rights from the date of registration. 

The newly registered shares are eligible for trading on the main list of NASDAQ
OMX Helsinki Ltd together with Lemminkäinen's old shares from 23 March 2010. 

The number of issued and outstanding shares in Lemminkäinen Corporation after
the registration of the new shares is 19,644,764 shares.
