TIINA KIHLAKASKI APPOINTED HR DIRECTOR OF LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION 

Tiina Kihlakaski, M.Sc.(Econ.), b. 1960, has been appointed to serve as
Lemminkäinen Corporation's Director of Human Resources with effect from 7
January 2009. 

Tiina Kihlakaski joins Lemminkäinen from TietoEnator Corporation, where she
served as vice president of the corporate-level HR service center and
previously as the head of a profit unit, among other appointments. 

She reports to Managing Director Timo Kohtamäki and is a member of Lemminkäinen
Group's Executive Board.
