LEMMINKÄINEN ACQUIRES CONCRETE COMPANY KM REPO OY                               

On 22.2.2007 Lemminkäinen Corporation's subsidiary Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy  
acquired full ownership of KM Repo Oy, a company belonging to the Repo Group.   

KM Repo Oy manufactures and sells precast concrete elements and ready-mix       
concrete. The company has production plants in Savonlinna and Savonranta. KM    
Repo Oy has 85 employees and in 2006 its net sales were EUR 13.5 million.       

Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy engages in the manufacture of precast concrete      
elements and concrete products as well as related contracting. The company has  
240 employees and its net sales in 2006 were EUR 33.3 million.                  

The transaction does not affect the operations or ownership of the other Repo   
Group companies, i.e. Reporakennus Oy, Repoimport Oy and Repokiinteistöt Oy.
