LEMCON TO BUILD FOR NOKIA IN INDIA

The Indian subsidiary of Lemminkäinen Group’s Lemcon Ltd has
signed a management contract with Nokia Corporation’s local
subsidiary concerning the construction of a logistics centre in
India. The EUR 17 million contract includes both design and
construction works.

The logistics centre will be built in an industrial park
established by Nokia near the city of Chennai in southern India.
Work is already under way on the site and the facility will be
completed in summer 2007.

- The Indian construction market is growing strongly. Lemcon has
set up a company in India to serve Finnish and other Western
clients as they invest in the country, says Mr. Matti A. Mantere,
Managing Director of Lemcon Ltd.

The company has previously made construction management agreements
with the Finnish mobile industry in the Chennai area.

Since the early 1990s Lemcon has been involved in the construction
of numerous production, R&D and administrative buildings for Nokia
in Finland, Germany, Hungary and China.
