LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION PRESS RELEASE 26.9.2007 Lemcon Ltd, a member of Lemminkäinen Group, has signed an agreement with UPM Raflatac concerning the construction of a labelstock factory in Poland. The factory will be located in Kobierzyce near Wrocław in south-western Poland. Lemcon's contract includes construction works for a production building comprising of production, warehousing and office facilities as well as complete site infrastructure. The value of UPM Raflatac‘s total investment is 90 million Euros. Construction works, which are being carried out as a project management contract, are already underway and will be completed in December 2008. Lemcon has been operating in Poland continuously since 1996, focusing on the construction of industrial facilities and logistics centres for international investors. ”The contract is a natural progression from a similar plant that we built for UPM Raflatac in China.
