COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION CONCERNING DELIVERIES OF READY-MIX CONCRETE TO OLKILUOTO NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

In July 2004 Lemminkäinen Corporation´s subsidiary Forssan Betoni Oy signed an  
agreement with the Framatome(now Areva NP)-Siemens consortium, the lead         
contractor for the construction of the third nuclear power plant at Olkiluoto,  
concerning the delivery of ready-mix concrete for the entire nuclear power plant
construction project.                                                           

On 24 April 2007 the parties have agreed to amend the original delivery contract
in order to clarify the responsibilities of the parties involved in the         
demanding construction project.                                                 

Under a commercial agreement signed today, Forssan Betoni will not continue to  
supply concrete for the power plant's reactor building complex. A separate      
batching plant has been built on site for this purpose. The contractor          
responsible for the reactor building complex will itself produce the concrete.  

Forssan Betoni will continue to deliver concrete until the end of the project to
Siemens's subcontractors working on the turbine island. In addition, Forssan    
Betoni's plants will serve as backups for the new batching plant.               

Studies conducted earlier did not reveal any deficiencies in the ready-mix      
concrete delivered by Forssan Betoni to the power plant project. The parties do 
not have any claims against one another.
