YIT builds two new apartment buildings in Moscow, Russia

The residential complex is called Zelenyj bereg ("Green Shore") and will be built by CityStroi, YIT's Moscow-based subsidiary. The apartments are individual, and their floor solutions can be modified as the residents prefer. Young families in particular will be offered smaller apartments, starting from 34 square metres. In addition, the site will have an underground parking garage and an outdoor parking area for visitors.

Zelenyj bereg is expected to be particularly popular among those who appreciate nature. The Bitsa Park is the second-largest nature preserve in Moscow and it provides excellent recreational and outdoor activity options for the future residents. The well-known pond area of the park is situated near the buildings. The appeal of the residential complex is increased by modern services, excellent connections and a magnificent view of the park from the apartments.

Residential buildings constructed by YIT in Moscow are highly preferred locations for their high quality and good design. The locations have also won several distinguished local construction sector awards.*)
